Mango and Melon smoothie in their full glory

I had some melon left over from the cherry fruit basket so I decided to blend it together with mango for a nice long drink with dinner.

For 2 glasses, you’ll need:

  • 175 g melon (diced)
  • 200 g mango/ mangue (cubes)
  • 1 cup rice milk/ Lait de rice
  • ½  plain soy yoghurt/ yaourt de soja nature
  • 1 Tbsp Agave syrup /sirop d’agave

Blend them all together until smooth. Add ice cubes (if your fruits are not cold enough) and serve. Yummy indeed.
