I had some melon left over from the cherry fruit basket so I decided to blend it together with mango for a nice long drink with dinner.
For 2 glasses, you’ll need:
- 175 g melon (diced)
- 200 g mango/ mangue (cubes)
- 1 cup rice milk/ Lait de rice
- ½ plain soy yoghurt/ yaourt de soja nature
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup /sirop d’agave
Blend them all together until smooth. Add ice cubes (if your fruits are not cold enough) and serve. Yummy indeed.
